Congratulations to our 4th class recorder group who took part in the Small Ensemble Section of Ryde Eisteddfod this week. We are pleased to announce that they came 2nd in a very close competition one point behind the winners.
The students played two pieces: Straight to the Point by Sarah Watts and Allegro by Mozart.
The adjudicator commented: An enjoyable rendition with balance between the parts and An accurate performance with a firm ensemble tone.
We look forward to taking part again next year.
