The school holds a Market Day each term, where students each bring in $2 to buy treats prepared by students from a particular House. Other charities supported this year, which were all voted on by the students, were Nike Foundation, Salvation Army and the Kookaburra Foundation. A total of $1201.35 went to these causes.
A special cupcake fundraiser, the idea of one of our students, raised $758.05 for Nepal earthquake relief via Unicef.
Recently our Year 6 classes raised $1,696.60 for Starlight Foundation through their Kidpreneur fundraising stalls.
The broader school community also raised $3,393.35 for Jump Rope for Heart Foundation during the year.
