John Colet School celebrated book week during Week 6 with a raft of fun activities:
On Monday 17th August, author Belinda Murrell presented to our Primary Students in small class incursions.
On Wednesday, students (and staff!) came to school dressed as their favourite book character. And all staff, teaching and admin combined, read their favourite picture books to small groups of students in reading stations around the school.
On Friday, history came alive for our primary students with Author and storyteller Mark Greenwood incursion. And our Infants were treated to a wonderful nature story (with an important message about keeping safe from bullying) in the form of a shadow puppets play, Spike the Echidna.
