Honesty, Stillness, Care, Service and Respect…Inspired by the Illuminated Scripts of the Middle Ages, 4th class took the first letter from one of our values and decorated it with such colour and focus they will be on display in their class rooms. They were so inspired they continued this with their own initials.
3rd class took their initials and created wonderful images bringing to art the qualities of those words. Again they will be displayed in their rooms.
3rd class also had a very spontaneous art lesson where each student drew on their memory of our recent swimming carnival, coloured their picture, screwed it up to create water crinkles and then dipped it into food colouring so they come alive on their classroom walls. The best part was screwing the artwork up!
