From our Head of School

I am happy to confirm that from Monday the 8th of November, schools are able to have excursions or day trips. While overnight camps are cancelled for our students in 3rd to 6th Class, our teachers have already begun booking some fun ‘day’ alternatives. Our Picnic Day scheduled for Friday the 3rd of December is booked and all set to go ahead!
While we still cannot have parents on site to pick up or drop off students, we are able to welcome parent volunteers back into our classrooms and to attend excursions from this coming Monday. Teachers will be in touch regarding their in-class needs, as well as how you can support events moving forward. Volunteers will need to QR code in, and show their Covid vaccination certificate at Reception.
Community freedoms for unvaccinated individuals will now come into effect from 15 December, rather than 1 December. This may affect plans for some end of year celebrations and will mean that only those adults that are fully vaccinated or have a valid medical contraindication certificate will be able to attend.
