Hello Did you get the email for the Swimming Carnival Permission slip that came out earlier this week? WOW wasn t that easy to use very impressive.
If you are reading this before the Board of Governors Meeting tonight, do come along and say hello to your P&F committee who will be there on the night. Many classes are having their parent’s information evening, so why not drop by afterwards.
Volunteers make all our lives easier and enable the P&F and School to achieve so much more. I would like to thank Cherry H for volunteering to organise this year’s Walkathon. Class parents will have received an email from Cherry this week with information about the day, this will be passed along to parents in each class. I would also like to thank Manjula G for volunteering to coordinate the hot cross bun drive again this year.
Movie Night Saturday 1st April
After much thought we have decided to scale this back to its original format of being purely a movie night. The pizza idea was a great suggestion, but logistically was proving a little challenging. I am very grateful to Ray B and Kresho S for volunteering to put together the technical side of the evening (getting the movie up and running – rather crucial to the evening!) However we are urgently looking for a volunteer to coordinate Movie Night. This would involve coordinating the logistics (picking up the hire equipment, organising pop-corn and drinks to be sold, collecting the entrance donation and liaising with the school). We will work closely with you so please don t be afraid if you do think you would like to help or would like further information let your class parent know and they can pass your contact details onto me.
