Inviting recent JCS grads to our Open Day this Su Inviting recent JCS grads to our Open Day this Sunday. There are still some places in a drama workshop specially for You!

It’s with our drama teacher Ms Lilla, titled “We are such stuff”. Created especially for 12–15 year olds, this immersive workshop invites students to step into a theatrical exploration inspired by the stars themselves—where imagination meets the infinite, and voice, movement and storytelling are shaped from the same “stuff” as dreams and galaxies. Free, but you do need to book, so click the link in our bio and see you at Open Day.

Our 5th Class are enjoying an inspiring Leadership Our 5th Class are enjoying an inspiring Leadership Camp, full of teamwork, challenge and plenty of laughter.
From working together in group games inside the wooden circle, to creative problem‑solving as they became an animal using only their bodies, our students showed fantastic cooperation, communication and trust. The rope swing challenged courage and confidence, while shared meals in the sunshine reminded us how important community and connection are.
At John Colet School, we believe leadership is nurtured through experience, by learning to work with others, support one another, and step outside comfort zones. This camp is an important part of helping our students build resilience, empathy and responsibility, all while having fun.
We are so proud of how our 5th Class embrace every opportunity and look after each other along the way. 🌿💛
Twenty two of our 3rd - 6th Class students proudly Twenty two of our 3rd - 6th Class students proudly represented the school at the IPSHA Swimming Carnival early in March. Each student earned their place at this special sporting event by achieving qualifying times at our School Swimming Carnival, a wonderful accomplishment in itself.
Competing against schools from across NSW, our swimmers demonstrated courage, determination, and outstanding sportsmanship throughout the day. For some students, this was their first experience at IPSHA level and understandably there were a few nerves. Others were attending for the third consecutive year and approached the carnival as seasoned competitors.
Regardless of experience, every student embraced the opportunity to challenge themselves and compete against strong swimmers from other schools. Most importantly, they represented our school with pride, resilience, and enthusiasm.
We are incredibly proud of their efforts both in and out of the pool. Well done to all competitors!

He did a downhill race which half the kids in his division didn’t even enter as it’s the scariest and hardest course of all the available races. Sadly there are no medals for muddiest racer or Tom might have won one!
