We hope that you’re all ready to get back into the garden!
It looks like being a very wintery start to Garden Club today! Brrrr. We will be doing indoor garden activities: choosing plants for the garden and planting seeds.
The garden is expanding. This term we are going to put in two more garden beds. So we will be able to grow more veggies and herbs. That is exciting! We will discuss what plants we would like to grow with the children.
We also have some ideas to make bird seed and fruit feeders to hang from the trees, and sprouts to take home and nurture. We are always happy for ideas and suggestions!
Theresa will be away from Friday July 24 to August 7. Linda will keep the garden club classes running in her absence.
Classes are on Fridays 3 to 4.30pm.
