It was wonderful to see so many grandparents and other family members and friends come to the class. The children loved showing them their classroom and their work, and everyone had a lovely morning. All the children were once again incredibly helpful in getting ready for the day; either in setting up the hall, greeting our visitors, tidying our classroom or performing in the choir. They really know how to serve and all did their best to make it a memorable morning for the visitors.There are photographs of the event on the school website and Facebook page so do take a look. The children all wrote a letter or poem for their grandparents; the children whose grandparents were unable to come took these home – they might enjoy receiving them by post – or scanned and emailed!
