Head of school's Comment

It has been wonderful to have the children back at school this week. Like our teachers, they have returned refreshed and energized for the start of Term 2.
Today you will be receiving a copy of the 2018 Yearbook; The Eagle Eye. It is a wonderful example of the breadth and diversity of our program and talents of our students.
Keep an eye out for an editorial appearing soon in the Manly Daily on our resident artist Mr Philip Garrett show casing his work on the sculpture of John Colet. The sculpture will soon move into the moulding and casting phase. We would like to pass on our thanks to all those families who were able to donate, along with a special thanks to Mr Tony Moran for initiating and promoting this project. We are still short of the fundraising target that was set, as a result donations are still very much welcomed.
Sadly we had to cancel our Movie Night for this weekend due to the strong likelihood of rain forecast for both Friday and Saturday. However, we will look to determine a new date at our next P&F Meeting.
