Hi there! I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to John Colet School. I look forward to providing the pupils with nice food which I hope they enjoy. I would also like to say a special thanks to Sabine who has been running the kitchen for the past period. She has done a fantastic job and has made my transitional period at the school a stress free one. Please make sure to say thanks to Sabine if you see her in passing.
I would like to tell everyone about the menu for next week and what we are planning, we have everything from a mild yellow Thai curry to roast vegetable frittata so hope that everyone will enjoy the food.
Monday- chick pea and pumpkin curry served with basmati rice
Tuesday- roast vegetable frittata
Wednesday- Traditional minestrone soup
Thursday- wild mushroom and spinach risotto cake
Friday- Green lentil and vegetable burgers
