Congratulations to our 6th class students whose entry into the Gallipoli Art Award has been named as a finalist. In creating the work, the students learned about the First World War in general, and researched a particular aspect of the Gallipoli campaign for their art entry. This year the class learnt about the role of horses in WW I. Entering the art award each year is a great culmination of the skills the students have gained over six years of specialist art lessons. Their work will be displayed at the Gallipoli Memorial Club in Sydney along with all the other finalists.
