Upper 1st (Year 1) have been engaged in exploring the length of objects using informal units. They have been measuring objects around the classroom with things like paddle pop sticks, and considering ‘what things are about the same length as a little finger’.
In History they have been researching family artifacts. Above right is Audrey with a picture of her Belgian Grandfather’s medals.
