Our Upper First classes completed the Backyard to Bush Workshop at the Education Centre of Taronga Zoo this week.
This fits with our unit of Science on Living Things , their needs in order to survive, and how they help us and we help them. It also linked with Geography, Places and Spaces , pets in the backyard, Indigenous plants, Australian bush and the farmyard.
And we had a lot of fun!
